Sheryl Sitman
Sheryl has been investing in Real Estate since 2009. As a native Philadelphian, it was only natural to eventually return to her roots and invest in the Philly market — so in 2016, Sheryl found herself scouring the neighborhoods of Philly for opportunities.
Soon enough, friends and old acquaintances were asking to get in on the action and Sheryl found herself facilitating millions of dollars in investments in the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley real estate markets. It was a radical mid-life career change after holding multiple product marketing positions in the technology industry.
The challenges she faced in building her portfolio and managing the properties was clearly shared with many small investors. She formed a Facebook group to provide a platform for landlords to share information and knowledge — it quickly evolved into the foremost local forum for small landlords. Now Sheryl has taken her passion to empower small business people with knowledge and access to effective solutions to the next level in creating Real Landlording.
